About the role
A popular nursery in Greenford is seeking an experienced Room Leader to lead their pre-school room on a permanent basis.\n\nYou will lead a small team of practitioners, oversee planning and assessments, and ensure the room delivers high-quality EYFS provision every day.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
