1. Apply or register
Apply to a live vacancy or send a general registration. A consultant responds with next steps and honest feedback on the roles that fit.
2. Registration interview
A structured interview covering your early years experience, EYFS understanding, age groups, responsibilities and safeguarding scenarios.
3. Compliance checks
We check identity, right to work, employment history, references, relevant qualifications and appropriate enhanced DBS status.
4. Matching and briefing
We only put you forward for settings you genuinely suit, with clear details on the room, shift, duties, travel, pay and dress code.
5. Ongoing support
A named consultant, a day-one check-in, weekly reviews on long-term placements, and honest conversations if a placement isn't working.
What to have ready
- An up-to-date CV with a full employment history and any gaps explained
- Photographic ID and proof of right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS certificate — ideally on the Update Service
- Recent professional referees, including your most recent role working with children where applicable
- Certificates for relevant early years, teaching, SEN or paediatric first aid qualifications
- National Insurance number and proof of address
