About the role
A well-regarded nursery in Northolt, near Greenford, is recruiting an experienced Nursery Manager on a permanent basis.\n\nYou will take overall responsibility for the setting, leading the staff team, driving quality across the EYFS, managing occupancy, and maintaining excellent relationships with families and Ofsted.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification minimum; Level 5/6 or EYTS desirable
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
- In-depth knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and business skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
