About the role
A thriving nursery in Perivale, just minutes from Greenford, is recruiting a Deputy Nursery Manager on a permanent basis.\n\nYou will support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting, lead and mentor staff, maintain Ofsted-ready standards, and deputise in the manager's absence.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above); Level 5/6 desirable
- Experience in a senior or deputy management role within early years
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Confident leadership and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
